What happens if I placed an order and my delivery address is wrong?
Don't panic! If you've made a mistake on your order, pop us an email straight away with your correct details and we will be able to rectify this for you. Be sure to get in contact asap to prevent your order being sent incorrectly. We cannot be held responsible for any items sent to the incorrect address due to mistakes when ordering.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At Insta Freshie we understand that time is of the essence. That's why we boast a quick turnaround time for both small and large orders. We aim to ship your order in 1-3 business days. Whether you are an individual looking for a unique accessory for your car or a business seeking branded merchandise, we ensure that you receive your custom products faster than anywhere else
How long will the fragrance last?
Your custom freshie will come scented with your chosen fragrance and the scent can last up to 3 days. We also add a 5ml bottle of your chosen fragrance that guarantees to last you minimum 1 week if used according to the care instruction included with your order.
How to customise my order?
Following uploading your chosen photo, you will see a comment box where you can write all your
ideas. Most times we can follow all instructions, but if your vision is more complex then please send us an email with your ideas and we will work together to bring your vision to life.
Are the fragrances safe?
Our fragrance options are sourced from premium, sustainable ingredients, offering a higher quality and environmentally friendly product compared to the standard synthetic fragrances sold in most shops.
